Terms and Conditions

All sales are final, there will be no refunds. However, a potential credit can be issued. Remember, Gemz Addiction has no control over the handling of packages, once the packages leave our hands.
Before refunding, a photo of the damaged item is expected, no later than 7 days after receiving it. We do acknowledge the possibility of the manufacturer's defect, and a decision for a refund will be granted after the item is returned and inspected.

Please allow a 3 business day processing turnaround time for all orders to be shipped out.
